Alliance MTS LLP requires a telephone operator.
Conditions:
Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Monthly contributions to the pension fund
Timely payment of wages (to Kaspi Bank card)
Salary: starting salary 130,000 +% (bonus) of sales.
Meals provided by employer, transportation.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 9.00 – 18.00, lunch 13.00-14.00,
on Sat 9.00 – 14.00,
Sunday is a day off.
Requirements:
Well-delivered speech (competent, clear/distinct speech)
Ability to communicate with people
Knowledge of Russian and Kazakh languages is required
Responsibilities:
Consultation of potential and current clients of the company by phone, line, online chats;
Receiving incoming calls and processing them
Making outgoing calls
Preparation of reporting established by the organization on its activities;
Creating a positive emotional mood during dialogue
Competently advise clients on the company’s services and meet sales targets;
Maintaining a client database;
Informing customers about promotions, product range and working conditions of the company;
Resolving conflict situations.
