Marketer/Online Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage processes in the IM (online store) conversion, analytics, improving site efficiency;
• Edits and supplements content, filling the online store with goods (filling product cards with images, product descriptions, additional materials);
• Implements established online sales plans, other set goals and objectives;
• Consulting other employees on working with the site;
• work with site visitors,
• search engine optimization;
• promotion of goods and services of the enterprise in social networks;
• daily content of the site, writing texts for articles, ability to write texts;
• bringing the site to the top positions in search results;
• creation of banners, advertising brochures, postcards, envelopes;
• testing the site for usability;
• creating a positive image of the company online.
• Search and work with suppliers
• Development of advertising campaigns
• Determination of the required range of goods and pricing policy for goods
Requirements:
• Work experience: from 1 year in a similar position;
• online trading processes and tools; process control systems; processes of external and internal logistics;
• Ability to work for results, understanding the specifics of online trading processes;
Conditions:
• Timely wages;
• Official registration with the company according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Corporate communications;
• Full workday 8:30-18:00 weekdays, lunch from 13:00 to 14:00. Saturday alternately 9:30-15:30.
• Sunday is a day off.
• Employment contract in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Salary from 120,000 tenge
